Aquila Optical and Electronics carry a wide range of AOE telescopes. We have a variety of budget telescopes for children right through to high quality telescopes for the serious amateur astronomer. Our childrens telescopes start from the economical 50mm F=360 Refractor and the 70mm F=400 Refractor up to the quality 80mm F=400 mm Refractor or 114mm Newtonian Reflector.

Childrens Telescopes

Our Newtonian Reflectors range in primary mirror diameter from 114mm, 150mm, 152mm, 200mm, 203mm, 254mm and 304mm, available as German equatorial or dobsonian style mounts.

203mm Newtonian Reflector

Our Refractor telescope sizes are 80mm, 90mm, 102mm, 127mm and 152mm objective lens diameter. All our refractors with apertures greater than 102mm have an adjustable doublet lens cell assembly and come with the EQ5 German equatorial mount, quality finderscope, 90 degree diagonal prism and quality plossl eyepieces.

Maksutov Cassegrain Catadioptric telescopes come in apertures of 100mm, 105mm, 127mm and the beefy AOE150M, 152mm telescope with diffraction limited optics. However if you want power pack performance in a compact size then you cant go past the AOE105M. This compact 105mm F=13 Maksutov Cassegrain with internal flip diagonal mirror provides stunning images of planets and takes high power magnification very well. The OTA (optical tube assembly) is currently on sale now.
