When you are ready to make your purchase you can simply click on the buy button corresponding to the pruduct you wish to purchase and then follow the prompts to guide you through your purchase. Orders can also be sent by e-mail, fax or post. Please make sure you include the product code or product description, your name and shipping address as well as any other contact details like your telephone number.

Payment

Once we have received your order we will reply with an order confirmation detailing availability, estimated shipping time and total cost including delivery. Products will need to have their payment received and cleared before being shipped. Payments can be made using any of the methods below. You can now also pay instantly with your credit card by using the PayPal service. When using PayPal please take note that our email address for receiving payments (Recipients Email) is sales@aoe.com.au. Thank you.

If you require more information before you make a purchase, all you have to do is leave details and we will only be to happy to see how we can help.

For some of the more expensive items which may not be in stock and have longer delivery times we may request a deposit before ordering. Most out of stock items can usually be made available in approximately 4 working days. Other items may take longer for delivery, we will will inform you prior, of approximate delivery times.

Warranty

Aquila Optical and Electronics products are covered by manufacturers warranty for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of purchase except laser products such as pointers and collimators which are covered by a 3 month warranty. This warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only.

The warranty applies to failures which occur in the product due to defects in materials or workmanship provided it is returned postage paid to AOE. The warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged by accident, or by neglect or misuse, or by the failure to observe recommended precautions, nor does it apply to normal wear and tear.

We will repair, or replace ( at our discretion ), any faulty products which are covered by warranty.

Service

Should your equipment ever require in or out of warranty service, we ask that you email service@aoe.com.au and supply particulars/details of what the problem appears to be and how we may be able to help. Alternatively you can fax or mail details to us. We will then advise on how we can help you, and how to get your equipment to us for speedy repair.
