	Refractors: AOE80ED - 80mm ED APO Refracting Telescope

The AOE premium 80 mm ED refracting telescope delivers excellent images to rival the very best in a compact and portable package . With superior air-spaced Extra-low Dispersion (ED) glass doublet optics that virtually eliminates chromatic aberration to deliver true color and edge-to-edge sharp images.
With a 2" 11:1 Dual-speed Crayford focuser and Graduated scale mark accurate focusing is easily achieved.
The all metal construction on this beautiful telescope has been precision CNC-machined resulting in a visibly refined finish both mechanically and optically .
Supplied standard with a 2" 99% reflectivity diagonal mirror*, 19mm flat field 1.25" fully multi-coated eyepiece CNC tube rings, dove-tail plate, retractable dew shield and hard carry case.
Available also with a high quality portable tripod, AZ3 mount or Deluxe EQ3 equatorial mount with Go-To option.
A comprehensive high quality portable package providing for wonderful rich field stellar observations, high power high contrast views of the moon and planets or the ultimate in quality terrestrial observations.



		The AOE-80ED seen here mounted on the heavy duty portable tripod. This is a very versatile light weight solution suitable for home or field use, that can be left permanently set up or quickly dismantled for safe, easy storage or transport. The telescope itself is transported or stored in a Deluxe custom foam lined hard case, while the tripod is in a shoulder bag. This makes it easy for safe storage or transportation of the complete package.



	AOE-80ED Extra-low Dispersion Refractor

High quality 2" 99% reflectivity diagonal mirror* and 1.25" Flat Field 19mm fully multi-coated eyepiece is supplied standard ensuring maximum light transmission, contrast and sharp images across the field. A 2" 11:1 dual speed Crayford style focuser with graduated scale allows fast, accurate easy focusing.

	High quality heavy duty tube rings and dove tail plate supplied as standard. This will enable your telescope to be attached to a variety of mounts including camera tripods, Alt-azimuth or equatorial mounts.
