AOE-9x60 and AOE-12x60 60mm broadband fully multicoated Binoculars - 9x60 & 12x60

The AOE9x60 and AOE12x60 binoculars provide big 60mm aperture at a 50mm price. The extra 10mm aperture may not sound like a big advantage, but it does gather 30% more light than standard 50mm binoculars. This makes them an ideal choice for a low cost entry into astronomy. They are also excellent for other activities such as birding, nautical applications and surveillance. Big enough, yet light enough for serious astronomical use or extended terrestrial observations.

All optical surfaces, including the prisms, feature fully broadband multi-coatings keeping light loss due to scattering and reflections to a minimum, this means a gain in both image brightness and most importantly a huge gain in contrast. The advantages of these high efficiency coatings will provide you with the best possible images for all your observations and studies.
